Delivery and Returns

Postage charge is £4.50 for orders up to £74.99. Free shipping for orders over £75. All items will be sent Royal Mail tracked48 within 2 working days (Monday-Friday) of receiving the order.

These prices are for UK destinations only (excluding Channel Islands).

I can accept cancellation or returns on all products except earrings – for hygiene reasons. Please notify me within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return an item. You then have 14 days to return the product to me in their original unused condition. Upon receipt of the goods your original purchase price will be refunded, excluding postage.

I can not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post when returning items so I would advise using a tracked service to return items to me.

If goods arrive in a damaged condition or look like they have been tampered with inform me immediately. You will need to return both the damaged packaging and its contents to me. If there are missing or incorrect goods it will be your responsibility to notify me by email ([email protected]) within 48 hours of receipt.

All items are checked before dispatch but if you receive a faulty item please email me with the details then return the goods in their original packaging within the above timescales.
